Service catalog
Search services and understand their lifecycle, tags, descriptions, and owners.
Service Compass is a lightweight, focused engineering context platform for finding service ownership, repositories, environments, documentation, observability, deployment, and other essential links.
Understanding one service often means moving between GitHub, Swagger, Grafana, Kubernetes, deployment tools, documentation, and team directories. Service Compass centralizes references to those systems without trying to replace them or become a general developer-portal framework.
Browse the catalog, inspect a service, and keep ownership information current from a responsive interface.

A practical foundation for engineering context that remains intentionally smaller than a full developer portal.
Search services and understand their lifecycle, tags, descriptions, and owners.
Manage teams and make the responsible group for every service easy to find.
Collect repositories, environments, documentation, APIs, logs, metrics, dashboards, and deployments.
Import, export, and reuse catalog JSON with a provided starter template.
Service Compass stores links to external tools; it does not currently integrate with their APIs or import GitHub repositories. The project is at an early open-source stage, so APIs and the data model may evolve before a stable, production-ready release.
